I have been engaged in the practice of law since 1977.  My areas of practice have included Wills, Trusts, and Probate Law; Real Estate law; Family law including divorce, modification of decrees, adoption and other parent-child relationship cases; Bankruptcy Law representing debtors and creditors in Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 proceedings; General civil litigation involving commercial law, business litigation, deceptive trade practices claims, personal injury, and construction cases; and, Criminal law.  I have served as a Mediator in litigation and bankruptcy cases. I practice law as a solo practitioner in a general practice with current emphasis on Wills and Estate Planning, Probate, Guardianship, Trusts, Real Estate and Elder law.
